Health Coaching Services

  • Single Nutritional Session

    A 1:1 60-minute session where we explore your current eating habits and establish a concrete plan to help you reach your desired outcome. Each session is individualized to you. Topics explored may include cravings, foods and their effect on the body, relationship to food, and the mind-body connection.

  • 1 Month Package

    Do you feel like you’ve tried everything and nothing seems to work? This 1-month package is a great option if you are looking to kickstart your health and establish a sustainable wellness plan that works! This program includes 4 weekly 30-minute coaching calls, food recommendations, and guidance on how to increase energy and bring balance into your life.

  • 3 Month Package

    In need of making a radical transformation? This package may be a wonderful fit. Commit to yourself and your goals. Improve your overall wellness through lifestyle changes, nutritional guidance, and email support between sessions. During this program you will eliminate and reintroduce certain foods to pinpoint triggers. 12 weekly 30-minute coaching calls included in package.
